Golden Bloom Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Golden Bloom pieces! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of your order’s delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging to be eligible.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Items discounted more than 25%, Accessories, Hats, & Bodysuits.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
To start a return, please email returns@shopgoldenbloomtx.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
Refund Method
We currently offer store credit only for all eligible returns. Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive a digital gift card via email.
Exchanges
Due to our constantly changing inventory, we recommend placing a new order for the item you’d like instead of waiting for an exchange to process.
If you’d like to exchange an item:
Place a new order for the item you want.
Return the original item at your cost.
Once received, we’ll issue store credit for the returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, email customerservice@shopgoldenbloomtx.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. Be sure to include photos and your order number so we can make it right.
